on Vaginoplasty
History:
A lady in her early 40s complained of a loose feeling vaginal canal with lack of sensation during intercourse. She also suffered from a mild bladder prolapse and a moderate rectocele that protruded out of her vagina when she pushed or stood up. She leaked urine on occasion with laughing, sneezing, and coughing but Kegel exercises were adequate to control her symptoms. She did not want her bladder repaired or a sling placed for urinary leakage since the symptoms were mild and very controlled.
Procedures Performed:
Rectocele and enterocele repair, Vaginoplasty, Perineoplasty
Results:
Normal activities at two months post op.
